Ainsworth Municipal Golf Course

Ainsworth Municipal Golf Course is located just west of Ainsworth on Hwy 20. A fairly flat course with narrow fairways may seem benign to the golfer at first, but the greens provide a stern test due to their crowned nature. The rough is fairly forgiving, providing golfers an opportunity to recover from wayward shots. The course offers a few memorable shots, including the tee shot on the par-3 2nd hole and the dogleg 5th hole which is rated the toughest hole. Enjoy your time at Ainsworth Golf Course!

Cedar View Country Club in Laurel, NE was established in 1964 and is the first home course of PGA Tour professional Mark Calcavecchia. Fox Hollow Golf Course

Fox Hollow stretches across valleys, ridges, and mild slopes on the east side of Sutton. It is named for the population of native foxes that roam the area. The course has character, being defined by trees, ponds and some mild elevation changes. The 9th tee is the highest point on the course with a grand view. Three holes are noted for their challenge. The 6th is one of the few 600 yard par 5's in the state. A pond gives the 7th some teeth. The 1st can be tough if you decide to cut the corner on the dogleg. A new pond was also added on the west side of #3 fairway. Trees, hills, and out of bounds await a less than perfect effort.

Friend Country Club

Lake Maloney Golf Club

Lakeside Golf Club

Lakeside Golf Club is a traditional style course with bentgrass greens and tee boxes. The fairways are bluegrass and ryegrass. The course features small, fast greens with plenty of challenges. The layout of the course appeals to beginners and single digit handicappers!

Lakeview Golf Course

Lakeview rides along two ridges high above the southeast corner of Lewis and Clark Lake. The land is owned by the Army Corps of Engineers who used massive amounts of dirt from the site to build Gavins Point Dam. Almost every fairway is narrow, steeply sloped, and heavily wooded along one side or the other with oak trees. Most of the greens are small with sharp drop-offs. The picturesque 5th hole looks out onto Lewis and Clark Lake and the view is worth the price of admission. Enjoy this treasure of Nebraska Golf!

Lochland Country Club

Lochland Country Club is known for a beautiful design by noted Chicago golf architect, David Gill. The first nine holes were completed and opened for play in 1962. Legendary golf professional and teacher, Harry Obitz, witnessed the course's popularity, and in 1965 he oversaw the completion of the second nine holes.

Minden Country Club

Minden Country Club sits between the airport and Pioneer Village in Minden. Awaiting golfers is an open course with scattered trees, lush well-cared-for fairways, and smooth greens. A creek winds diagonally through the course, cutting across seven holes. You'll find mostly level lies, though some fairways have natural swales and ripples.

Monument Shadows Golf Course

The scenic beauty at Monument Shadows Golf Course is second to none. The course sits at the base of the Scotts Bluff National Monument. It features beautifully manicured greens, fairways and roughs with evergreen and deciduous trees throughout. Along with trees, the course features sand and water on several holes. Oakland Golf Club

One of the finest small town Nebraska golf courses is in Oakland! It's also one of the oldest, expanding to its current 18-hole layout in 1933. The course has been carved into the rolling and wide open spaces of northeast Nebraska! Be prepared to use every club in your bag!

Oregon Trail Golf Course

Oregon Trail Golf Course is a Marty Johnson design situated on a sloping hillside next to the Sutherland Reservoir and campground area. The hillside that the course encompasses is part of O’Fallon’s Bluff upon which the Oregon Trail once laid. The layout features open fairways, large greens, and pine trees scattered throughout. This course is well worth a visit!

Pierce Community Golf Course

Pierce Golf Course was redesigned and expanded in length in 1992. Originally all nine holes were to the north of the stand of trees that now bisects the layout. The entire course is in magnificent health. Most of the greens are large and surrounded with mounding. In combination with a large bunker, the pond makes the fourth hole the toughest! Enjoy this fun course in a country setting!

Plainview Country Club

Plainview Country Club is a fine layout that has served as a place of leisure and recreation for local residents since 1925. The club owns and operates an adjacent campground, picnic area, and fish pond. You'll find level lies in fairways, though there are some drops and rises. The dogleg third changes in elevation and its fairway twists and bends uphill around a deep tree lined pit that runs up to the green. A variety of trees and seven sand traps add some difficulty to the course.

Poco Creek Golf Course

Poco Creek Golf Course is a 9-hole, par 35 public course, set across 47 scenic acres on the east edge of Aurora. Designed to challenge golfers of all skill levels, it features two par-threes, six par-fours, and one par-five, with three tee options for varied play styles. The course is characterized by tree-lined fairways, native grasses, and a meandering creek, offering both beauty and complexity. The Aurora Community Clubhouse, opened in mid-2022, combining a clubhouse with a community rental space. Adjacent to the clubhouse is an 11,000 sq. ft. artificial turf putting and chipping facility, making it an excellent venue for practice and events

Schuyler Country Club

Schuyler Golf Club is an aesthetically pleasing and challenging course. Old tall trees and tight fairways, with small to mid-size greens that were renovated in the Fall of 2022. The course offers three sets of tees that accommodate all skill levels. Many of the holes have water hazards that come into play on them. In addition to the golf course, there are ample practice facilities. Our spacious clubhouse is the perfect place for a drink, appetizer and meal from our menu after your round. Scottsbluff Country Club

Originally located in Gering, Scotts Bluff Country Club was established in 1916 and relocated north of Scottsbluff in 1973. The club is private and member-owned, offering a wide array of amenities including five star dining, championship golf, an indoor golf simulator, state-of-the-art tennis courts, fun social activities (for both adults and children), leisurely swimming, and much more!

Southern Hills Golf Course

Without question, one of the best maintained courses in the state and an equally great layout await golfers who take their game to Southern Hills. Large greens will test your lag putting, and distance control will be key on approaches into greens. The main trouble on the course is the trees that come into play on many holes.

The Golf Club At Table Creek

Located in historic Nebraska City, this 18-hole layout was built in 1997. Two very different 9's await the golfer. The front 9 is characterized by a tough finishing stretch, while the back 9 presents many scoring opportunities. Table Creek is a short drive from the Omaha and Lincoln areas. Thornridge Golf Course

Thornridge is a two-level layout and named after the thorn trees found throughout the course. Five holes lie on the lower level, on the upper level and four holes are bi-level.

A winding creek crosses four fairways. The creek is overgrown with wildflowers and long grass. Some of the rough is seeded, but much of it has been left natural. The midsize greens are full and smooth. Difficult blind shots are found on the bi-level holes.

The 5th and 9th fairways each run to ledges 210 yards out. From the ledge, there is a 15 foot drop to a continued narrow fairway below. You must decide whether to lay up or hit long and risk losing your ball if you miss the lower fairway.

Tregaron Golf Club

One of the finest public facilities in the Omaha area, this layout has something for every skill level. The course features rolling blue and rye-grass fairways along with well-placed bunkers and pot bunkers. You may think you're on a links course at times!
